Amazing glasses! The staff was very helpful and made picking out glasses so much fun. I was so impressed by the optometrist. She was incredibly knowledgeable and invested in her patients- actually cares about eye health and not just getting clients in and out. Highly recommend!!

Just had an appointment here and I will bluntly state that I don't care if you're 25 miles away, this is the place to go. You'll find the accommodation and kindness from the whole staff that just doesn't exist anywhere else today. Overall I had a very pleasurable experience and highly recommend everyone to go here... unless you don't care about standards and being treated very, very well. The space is very nice, everyone goes out of their way for you, nobody pressures you into anything you don't want (but they do list out options for you so you know!), nobody tries anything sleezy... You will walk out feeling like they genuinely care about their patients. 5/5 definitely.

The Experience that I had today with Dr Kramer and his staff was remarkable! Every encounter was warm Pleasant kind and compassionate. . The office environment was so peaceful and relaxing! Great bedside manner! It was my honor to grace their presence! I highly recommend Dr. Kramer. He loves what he does and it shows. Hard to find Doctors like him! 🏆🏆🏆

Horrible service, no regards for patients time whatsoever. Showed up on time for my appointment, over 2 1/2 hours has passed now and still waiting!

The worst, an absolute factory. Do NOT allow your loved one to have a procedure done here. They are not a patient, they are cattle, it is unbelieveable. I am currently sitting here waiting six hours and have not received one call from this facility. There is ZERO communication, not once, even though I was told 2 hours and they have a contact number. There is no excuse for this, everyone's time is valuable. Again, do yourself a favor and skip this factory.

10/10 I was shaking in my boots when I arrived but was put at ease by the staff, everyone was so kind and sociable I tend to make jokes when I get nervous and they all entertained me and laughed along. However the pièce de résistance was that when I was in pre-op the topic of my favorite Taylor Swift album came up and when I was in recovery as I was the last patient, Alyssa I believe her name was had it playing for me. It was the simplest act of kindness that made such a difference. I was treated with the utmost care and compassion. I cannot express how wonderful my experience was, Thank you so much to everyone!!

If anyone is looking for an amazing dedicated optometrist look know further. I happened to be fortunate enough to be referred to Dr. Battaglia. I felt like a family member was caring for me. I wish more physicians had the same dedication and concern displayed by Dr. Battaglia. She is a first class optometrist and human being.

I went to Dr Battaglia on my husband’s Recommendation. If you are looking for a fabulous eye doctor, look no further. She is by far the BEST eye doctor I have ever been to. She is better,, more thorough and so incredibly nice. Your entire exam is spent with her, unlike the exam one typically gets an an Opthamologist. Dr Battaglia is thorough and an incredible diagnostician. I am so grateful To have found her!

I suggest this office for anyone and everyone. If you already have a great office, I suggest you switch to a better one. I have never felt any more comfortable around a group of people before. In my most recent experience I missed an appointment for medication refill. I put it off until the same day I needed the refill which happened to be a day the office was closed. They have a number you can text into with non emergency issues so I reached out explaining things. Not even an hour after I received a call from two different staff, one assuring me I would hear from the prescriber soon and then the prescriber Brandy. Both extremely kind and Brandy was attentive to my concerns. This was completely my fault and they had every right to make me wait until Monday for my medication refill. Seriously, as busy as these guys can get I have never had an office go so above and beyond in making sure I’m absolutely cared for. In every single way they can be, they are there for you. Your health is truly important to them but they care far beyond just that. Thoughtful, warm, compassionate and funny people. I highly recommend this office to anybody and everybody.

I really fell in love with everyone in the office! The P.A that I saw was amazing! I didn’t feel rushed like a lot of doctors do you. She truly listened to my concerns and I felt like she genuinely cared to resolve the problem. She made me feel completely comfortable.
