I trusted Dr. Chang for eye surgery. I trust and respect her for my ongoing eye care. Good care and good advice is critical for a diabetic. I appreciate receiving this from Dr. Chang.

1960. Eye surgeons is always very friendly and professional. We have used this office for years and appreciate the medical care and service they give both myself and my husband.

Dr. Renno is very through, but she is personable and involves the patient in treatment decisions. I've seen three doctors in the practice at various locations for different reasons and find the group to work together efficiently and effectively.

this office is very unprofessiona;. I have been waiting a month to have my mom scheduled for eye surgery and it has not happen yet. Many calls to the office have been met with unreturned calls, with many times calls not answered. For someone who works in the Health professeion in a office this is unheard of. This office needs to get it together.

Dr. Markus assistant at the Towne Lake office is rude and almost caused my wife to leave due to her behavior. She almost had a cardiac episode. We believe this is the same person who also treated her 96 year old mother in a very disrespectful manner a couple of years ago. She must have something on someone in that company to keep her job. She has gone to Dr. Markus for several years and liked her enough to go back even after we moved to the Austin area. Will not come back!

I have been seeing Dr Cohen and his associates since 1989. Always satisfied with the care I receive, nit always quick but very pleased.

Dr.Cohen is an excellent Ophthalmologist/eye surgeon. He treated my mother and me for many years. We are very pleased with his care.

I have never tried so hard to make an appointment for a doctors office. I have called three different times. Talked to a person who sent me to a voicemail. All I wanted to do is make an appointment.

Dr. Tessa Markus is an excellent example of what a good doctor is. Thorough with her exams, equipment that is state of the art, and most importantly she listens to her patients.

Truly a pleasure getting all checked in with Pat. She had a great friendly energy making you feel right at home. Check in process was easy, I received texts and a follow up call reminding me of the appointment, which I appreciated. Wait time was quick, building suite was nice and clean. I had a great appointment with Dr. Chang to discuss cataract surgery. She was very helpful, thorough, and informative. I got a call from Kevin in the office the next day to discuss surgery scheduling. I have attempted to call all day today to try and schedule surgery and have pressed numbers for every option and office imaginable, but nobody has picked up the phone. There is no message saying all offices are closed for the day or are closed on Thursdays, so I'm not sure why I can't get through to anyone at all. Very frustrating experience

Dr. Thomas Marcus is my eye dr for over 10 years. I know my vision is taken care by a very throw and knowledgeable physician. I am so happy to have him as my eye specialist and worry free knowing my vision is in good hand. Dr Marcus takes enough time and never rush. He put priority on any eye related issue. I have been a patient of Doctor Chang for over 20 years. I believe she saved my eyesight after a stroke in my right eye. She is dedicated to her patients and truly cares for their wellbeing. I've been a patient of Dr. Thomas Markus for over a year. I've never had a more careful and conscientious eye doctor. He really takes the time to listen to my issues, and never rushes an exam for a refraction or anything else. He knows how much I depend on my eyes and my ability to read and work on my computer, and he will go out of his way to make sure I'm "spot on" with my prescriptions and eye health.

The entire group of doctors and their professional front-office staff (Callout to Pat and Ida!) are the best! Presently, I'm being treated by Dr. Thomas Markus, who is not only knowledgeable and an expert in his field, but is also kind, patient and genuinely caring. He's thorough in his examinations, taking detailed notes and carefully comparing test results. Dr. Markus makes me feel confident I'm receiving the best care possible. Even though 1960 Eye Surgeons treat patients of all ages, it's especially the place to go for Lasik, Glaucoma and Cataract Surgery. Their "DEY Optical Department" carries the latest, most fashionable designer frames you'll ever see. I highly recommend 1960 Eye Surgeons, and would never entrust my eyes and vision to anyone else!
