Deb was great!!!

I scheduled an eye exam and was given an appt. the same week. My eye exam consisted of several testing procedures for contact lens and eyeglass exams. Deb and David (Technicians at West Fargo) were incredibly knowledgeable, and were concerned that they were providing the best care possible! The doctors also provided great care through interactive exam connections. I am able to see much clearer with my contacts and glasses. I did work with David on several different types of contact lenses. He was very willing to accommodate me by ordering several types of trial lenses, to make sure I was satisfied with the end result. The interactive eye doctor will issue your prescriptions at your appt. I was able to go to the optical department and place my order the same day. They also provide excellent care to make sure you are completely satisfied with the frame selection and fit. West Fargo is very fortunate to have a one stop shop for all of your eye needs with interactive exam doctors, as well as professional technicians.

Absolutely the WORST eye exam I have ever had. First of all, I had NO idea it was remote. I called to make an appt and they didnt inform me that at all. Second, The lady said herself she was the accountant/Payroll person of Costco and had ONE WEEK of training to do ALL of the work on our VERY IMPORTANT and SENSITIVE eyes. Not just her though, The guy there ALSO was just a worker with one week training on how to run the machines and do exams. Im sorry but one week is not enough. I have had surgeries etc and I wrote that prior to my exam and they still chose to waste 1.5 hours of my time then tell me its a "Hard Stop" and they can not proceed but didnt know what that even meant. They both had to run and get a book and read what to do next... How terrifying and absolutely not okay. These are my EYES... They shouldnt be getting poked and prodded with by someone who has never even worked with vision before. I had te pressure blown into my eyes at MINIMUM 15-20 times and still she had no clue what was going on. Then measuring was again another 20 tries, and every little exam they did they didnt even adjust the machine to come to ME or my CHIN, but instead I had to bend down and hurt my back more by sitting that way for awful long amounts of time. After being told it was a hard stop I sat and waited while they frantically ran around waiting for someone to call me and tell me what was wrong then be told "I'd benefit from an in person doctor" - NO ONE HAD TOLD ME IT WAS REMOTE or I would NEVER have made it. I am honestly so frustrated that I am going to report this. They didn't even TRY to make it right but instead I walked out with no prescription and no more time to get a new appt before my trip so I am beyond frustrated. Do NOT go here. They need to find people with experience, eyes are not something to play with.

Deb did a great job with the virtual eye exam. She is very professional and easy to talk to. She explained step by step so you knew what was going to happen and made sure to answer your questions. The other doctors that came on were great and made sure all of our questions were answered as well. I will definitely go back for yearly exams.

I just wanted to say, i didn’t go here for about a year so i kind of forgot what the experience was like, i recently had an appointment here and as soon as i stepped foot in the door i was kindly greeted by a lady, she was very helpful, kind and told me everything that i needed to expect before hand and asked if i was okay with everything that i was being told. very good service, good pricing, friendly staff. i have absolute no complaints! great experience all around!
