I was disappointed with the experience. The staff was rude, and I never had the opportunity to meet with the doctor and evaluate them personally. Attitude dictates leadership, and leadership sets the standard for the entire team. Unfortunately, the professionalism and customer service I experienced did not meet my expectations.

I've been going here two years now for my annual eye review. The staff is friendly. Dr. Pham is great at explaining things. They even gave me a lesson in putting in and taking out my contacts so I would not be stuck at home not knowing what to do.

Always have a great experience! Dr. Pham is passionate about his work! Very knowledgeable, explains everything clearly and precisely.

I had been going to their old location since I was about 6 years old. The quality in their work speaks for itself. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I had the best experience at 20/20 iCare iWear. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The doctor was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely took the time to listen to me. What stood out the most was that I never felt judged or rushed. He made me feel safe enough to openly discuss my health concerns and medical history, which is not something I always feel comfortable doing. He listened carefully, answered my questions thoroughly, and treated me with compassion and respect throughout the entire appointment. It was clear that he truly cares about his patients and wants them to feel heard and understood. The entire staff was friendly and professional, and the level of care I received exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for an eye doctor who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and takes the time to listen, I highly recommend 20/20 iCare iWear. Highly recommend this office! Everyone was kind and friendly. The exam was thorough, the Dr. was great and answered all my questions. The opticians on the floor did a great job helping me and my sister find glasses. Aithe (I'm probably butchering the spelling--sorry!!!) was super helpful and patient while I decided on my frames. I'm excited about the glasses I chose. Thank you!!

I was experiencing tension headaches and blurry vision. I am so thankful I was able to do a walk in visit. It so saved any feature problems I would have encounter. Thw staff was friendly from start to finish. I met with Dr. Pham who is totally amazing and really cared about my issue. I was checked out by Samantha, who shared laughs and she made this transition of me never wearing glasses very comfortable and cool. Definitely will make 20/20 icare my EYE HOME. THANK YOU

I was very pleased with the doctor to visit and everything. The only thing I did not like was the front receptionist Because it seems like it was too overload paperwork for her it was hard for her to handle and have customer service. She was very impatient and didn’t know how to speak to people. beside that everything was perfect. Doctor are great.

My very first time there. My husband stopped in and received his eye exam, called me and said he experience was awesome. When I had my appointment, I didn't have to wait long at all. I recommend this place to anyone who ask me. The atmosphere was friendly and staff were all professional.

Ive been going here for the last 3 or 4 years, and I’ve always had a great experience getting my eye exams. Quick and easy, friendly staff, and good offices. Definitely recommend!

Staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor is amazing with kids, he’s so thorough and informative and explains things in a way they can understand. He’s very professional and welcoming, the kids enjoy their vision appointments. The building is very clean and wait time isn’t bad at all. It’s also very convenient that the optical is there as well, it is very well stocked and affordable lenses even when we’ve had to pay out of pocket.

The staff and receptionist is attentive and professional. The knowledge is superb and outstanding. The wait time around the 3:30 hour is zero to none.

The staff and optometrist make the visits very pleasurable for myself, and my seven-year-old. Dr. Pham is super personable, and straight to the point, and I love it! I’ll vote for him as the optometrist of the year.

Dr Pham - The Receptionist- Jeremiah was very helpful and patient. Will be coming back soon and making this my primary eye-care. Thank you all again very wonderful people.

I bought my glasses at 20/20 in Grand Prairie and I get compliments everywhere I go Thanks to these eye-care stylist. The entire staff is just wonderful. My experience started with a phone call, speaking to the lovely Ms. Sharonda and continued to the back where I got to meet the amazing Miss Brianna my eyewear specialist. Mine you specialist and stylist is my given names to them due to their professionalism. Miss Brianna went above and beyond to make sure I walked out of there with what I would call my signature glasses. I would like to Thank all of the staff for their team effort and input. Such great Personalities.They do exams too and glasses for the whole family. Look forward to seeing you next time.

I recently had my annual eye exam at 20/20 iCare & iWear, and once again, the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The office is always clean, well-maintained, and free of any unpleasant odors, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Tina, the technician, was wonderful. She was friendly, patient, easy to talk to, and explained everything clearly throughout the preliminary testing process. She made me feel comfortable and ensured I understood each step. Dr. Pham, O.D., continues to be one of the most approachable and personable healthcare providers I've ever met. He has a way of making you feel like you're talking with a friend while still providing thorough, professional care. He takes the time to explain everything in easy-to-understand language, answers questions without rushing, and conducts a very thorough examination. Amy wrapped up my appointment and provided excellent customer service. She made sure I understood all of my options and was happy to break down the costs when I asked. I never felt pressured or confused, and she made the process smooth and stress-free. From check-in to check-out, I felt well taken care of in every aspect of my visit. The entire team works together seamlessly to provide outstanding patient care. I truly feel that my eye health is in good hands at 20/20 iCare & iWear, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable, caring, and professional eye care services.

The staff and my experience here was A-1!!! They are fast and efficient. They educate and empower you to understand the health of your vision. And not mention they care about you being happy with your new glasses. By far one of the best experiences I have had.

This was me and my son first coming to this location. When you come in they greet you and get you checked in with your appointment. Very professional and polite. Dr. Pham he was very helpful and so nice to my son and explained everything to him about how to take care of his contacts. What you should do and don’t do and he explained the proper way to take care of the contacts for the first time wearing them so that a child could understand.

These folks are very thorough and professional. They know what they’re doing. I loved their new office. Vision is precious and something you want real expertise with. We worked with Dr. Rivera who I thought was great.

We’ve been coming here for years now. The staff is super friendly, professional and very patient. today we had the honor of working with Jeremiah he was so awesome! We will definitely request him next time. Let’s not forget they have a great selection of glasses to choose from as well.

They have the lowest/ smallest selection in town don't waste your time unless your looking to have a bad day. The front desk girl forces you to show your ID just to browse around and then tries to force you to show your insurance card too. It's not necessary if your only wanting to see their collection DON'T BE FOOLED. ITS BEST NOT TO EVEN ENTER THAT BUILDING. ITS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. PRICES START AT 350. GO TO STATON INSTEAD THEY HAVE A HUGE COLLECTION AND PRICES START AT 79 .and but 1 get 1 free. Walmart also has a bigger selection and America's Best.
