Lovely staff here. Upon entering, they greet you and get your information. They’re super friendly and kept making sure if my daughter needed anything (even though the appointment was for me). Super accommodating when doing my exams as well as I have a toddler and she was intrigued with everything that she was seeing. When it came to picking my frames if there wasn’t something there, they say they can order the frame online for me. They were also willing to order multiples if needed. When it came towards payment time, they broke everything down and let me know what my insurance is covering and what I need to cover. Highly recommend y’all to see Dr. Do, Dr. Doan and their awesome staff.

Oh my goodness! This place is the best! Customer service is amazing from the reception to the tech, then the doctor and optician!! Wow! Friendly professional and superb all around! The doctor walked me through everything and answered all my questions about my mono vision situation and helped me get into an even more comfortable contact lense than I had prior. Thank you everyone for the wonderful experience today! 9/30/2023 I hope you are here for a long time so I can keep coming back!

Wonderful staff, fast quality service. Dr. Pham explains every process and he is very lovely. All other staff members are courteous and caring, especially Halle. I went in with a bad mood and came out smiling. Thanks for the awesomeness!
