The staff was very friendly, and Dr. Carachure answered any questions I had during my exam, I got my prescription with no problems. They make you feel very at home here and I’d highly recommend this place to anyone! 10/10

I have no words for the filth of this place. I know they were having construction but considering they are a clinic there should be some minimum standards of cleanliness. Plus not one machine was cleaned after each person. There wasn’t even cleaning supplies in the office visible. The doctor was nice but I felt rushed thru with no concern. I even gave him my last prescription and he told me I was a little worse then last time then wrote the new script for less then my last one?! Hun? So my eyes got better? Don’t go here. A waste of your money!

I had to call about getting our eyes checked for me and my son. I also asked if they took a new care card. They said yes. Which was amazing. The test they did on our eyes was a little different then others. They were supper sweat. They explained the tests. Then as the Dr came in there to finish the eye test. This Dr completely took the time to explain everything down to a T. She even showed us the pics of our eyes. Explained every detail to know about our eyes. Answering every question I had. You can tell by far. This young lady is an amazing Dr and takes pride in her patients of all ages.

Staff is always super friendly and nice. Very accommodating, one of the doctors on the other hand was more concerned to clock out and leave than to do a proper fitting for a special lens. That we are paying a good chunk of money for. Also the doctors and supervisors need to be more cordial with their employees have over heard some of the supervisor/doctor be very rude to the staff. To have a great business and great staff you have to be a great leader.

I was greeted with friendly and professional personnel. The office was nicely decorated, clean with no awkward smell. Doctor was very informative, friendly and answered my questions with no problem. Will definitely return.
