Update. I was able to get a refund for the contacts they required me to pay for, but it has been 3 weeks and I have yet to receive my trial lenses! At this point, I feel like I'm getting the run around. I was told 2-3 days; a week at most. Every time I call, I get another excuse as to why my lenses haven't arrived. I am so frustrated!! Dr. Luca was amazing! What wasn't amazing was the cost of the exam and the fact that they make you purchase contacts directly from them!!! You have to purchase over-priced lenses from their office before you even get your trial lenses. Basically, I purchased lenses that I don't even know are correct. Aside from that, I can purchase the same lenses online at half the price! Not happy at all. I do not recommend going here. Costco is a way better option.

Found this little gem through my insurance company. I was able to get an appointment quickly, they even called to move up my appointment due to a cancelation. The staff is super friendly and professional, the doctor was informative and explained things in easy to understand terms. They have a great selection of frames and lense options and the staff took the time to clearly explain my options and cost. If that isn't enough, my glasses were actually ready for pickup sooner than promised! I've already told all my friends and family about 20/20 Image Eye Centers...a stellar provider!

I had a eye exam and got new glasses at the Glendale location. The doctor looked at the picture of my eyes for sometime and charged me $39.00. Then told me my eyes was healthy. But the exam of eyes was very short. I have had many eye exams and this exam was very short and quick. I feel the doctor didn’t give me a good exam. For my glasses. All the girl did was giggle and try to charge me for things that wasn’t included in my insurance coverage plus prices are very high. I am not happy with my new glasses. I will not tell family and friends about your location and probably will not come back next year. It was waste of my time and money.
