The Staff at 20/20 Image Eye Centers are amazing. I had an eye issue quickly arose affecting my vision that I was concerned about. I reached out to another eye center and had to leave a message which was not returned for over an hour. When they did call me, they took some information and said they would get back to me which did not happen for hours. I called 20/20 Eye Center and they answered. They asked my questions while on the phone to assess my situation. While still on the phone, they said I should come in for an assessment of my situation. I was given an appointment for two hours after my call. I showed up and was going through test within 15 minutes after filling out my paperwork as I had never been to 20/20 Eye Center before. They identified my issue, gave me a treatment plan and samples to address my issue. My initial experience with the 20/20 Eye Center Staff and Doctor was one of the best medical experiences I have ever had. 20/20 Eye Center will be my go-to Eye Care Center going forward, Thank you!

Dr. Stott is excellent! The staff is friendly and efficient. I will not go to any other eye doctor.

The staff are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Dr. Kyle Stot is honest, professional, and great to work with. I’ve had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Dr. Stot to anyone looking for excellent care.

Thought i was going to a knowledgeable office. Friendly staff. Saw dr. Ordered 2 pr glasses (1500.00$) got them, couldn't see out of. Saw dr again. Chgd rx. Asked to only do 1 pr at a time in case rx not right. They said ok. Went to pick up new gls. They did both instead of one. We'll guess what, it's like they are someone else's glasses. So, Reyna texted me, how are glasses doing? Told her and never heard another word!! I even texted back. Still nothing. Would not recommend 😕. Which is sad, was hoping for good outcome. Had about 15+ people waiting to get exams. Glasses. Will have to keep looking. Disappointed 😞 Jill k.

Dr. Kyle Stott and the staff at this office are wonderful! They were very thorough and patient with all my questions during my eye exam, and when picking out new glasses. I am so thankful I found this office in our neighborhood!

The reason I continue to go to 20/20 Eye Center is because of Dr Doreen Ng who is very knowledgeable, answers all of my questions, and she is exceptional as an eye doctor! She is amazing at her job and is very friendly.
