Outstanding overall! Especially the On-site Tech, Ariana S. who goes above and beyond to ensure all concerns and/or issues are addressed fully. She facilitated a very pleasant, relaxing, and surprisingly enjoyable experience enabling me to just focus on my exam & follow- up. The site appears high tech and sophisticated being almost completely automated. I was apprehensive about remote optometry but Ariana expertly connects & guides you through communication with an optometrist tech and the O.D. Dr. Coleman was exceptionally precise, thorough, and patient leaving me confident that all my vision needs were met to my satisfaction and my prescription is the optimal correction to see everyday at my best. Finally, my search for that perfect eye doctor is over as I look forward to having all my eyesight services provided by 20/20 NOW Eye Exams in Sam’s Club on Tradewinds Blvd in Midland. Thank You to Dr. Coleman and her team of professionals.

Absolutely the worst customer experience I've encountered. Appointment at 9, arrived at 8:50. Looked around and all signage said, "open at 10". Asked Sam's Club affiliate, and was told they open at 10. She suggested I knock on the door. By now, it is 9:10. Knocked on the door, completely dark inside, no answer. Decided to go get something to eat and wait till 10. Contacted by an extremely rude front office staff, asking if we were coming. Explained we there at 9, at which point she flat out LIED, saying they were there and open. Absolute LIE, and I have two witnesses, Sam's employees to confirm. We arrived back at 9:40, and they would NOT honor the appointment. She became quite indignant and marched out of the office stating she was going to have me forcibly removed.

I recently had my eye exam with 20/20 Now and was very pleased. Convenient location being at Sam’s club. The sweet technician went above and beyond for me. She’s professional and very thorough. Very private setting and liked that I didn’t have to be around a bunch of people.
