The doctors in staff are absolutely amazing very thorough and answered all my questions just moving from Maryland and being there for the first time I couldn't have asked for a better experience everyone from the receptionist to the doctor and especially The young lady that helped me pick out my frames and finalize my experience in my book top notch

Bring going for years and plan on going for years to come love it

Dr. V. Listen to my concerns and provided me with the knowledge and experience I needed to complete my yearly examination, and I appreciated her caring approach to my health care.

My first visit seen by Dr Vrotsos on 5/6/24 was very pleasant she went into details about my eyes and made sure I understood what was happening. She showed me that she’s concerned about my vision I feel at ease to have her taking care of my eyes. 5/30/26 I can’t say enough about Dr Vrotsos she is the absolute best person I know to be taking care of my vision I think very highly of her.

I had to go back a few times for contact adjustments due to incorrect prescriptions in the end I am using my old prescription glasses, my glasses I got from here are the same way they simply dont work. I was overcharged for my glasses and have been getting the run around for months at this point for my refund. Just honestly over it this has been so stressful and frustrating.

Pleasant experience. Everything went according to schedule.

Had some initial hiccups with this location getting setup to take my insurance carrier, but I was able to get all the documentation filled out electronically ahead of time and it was a breeze for the appointments. Successfully completed exams for my children ages 2-8.

The doctors and staff at the Millbrook location could not be any nicer. The doctors take their time with you and have taken very good care of my eyes!

I went for my yearly eye exam with Dr. Young this morning. First visit since Dr. Dobbs retired. Dr. Young and staff was friendly. Dr. Young did a very thorough eye exam. He went over all the eye pictures, and explained everything I was able to look at my eye pictures and understand what a normal eye should look like. This was the best exam. I will return next year.

Friendly, focused, timely, professional-can't ask for more!

Dr. Vrotsos is extremely knowledgeable and takes time with each patient. As I get older I appreciate not being rushed through my appointments.

Had a great experience with the River Region eye dr today. The staff was super friendly and made everything really easy from start to finish. I was nervous bc I haven't been to an eye dr in years but Dr.Jones took time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions without rushing. I felt like they genuinely cared about getting my prescription right. The whole process was smooth, and I was in and out faster than expected. Highly recommend!

The office personnel had a warm and welcoming atmosphere upon entering the facility. The doctor’s assistants were very thorough during the examinations. The doctors carefully reviewed the test and administered final opinions concerning your eyesight. Thanks Dr. Holman!

This eye doctor office doesn't like to do their job when it comes to Tricare. To get medication. The staff never wants to do their work. They just want to set around and talk to each other. And not do their job. I would give a negative star.

I take these reviews SERIOUS and I also realize much is written based on personal preference, likes, dislikes, etc. which could include the mood the writer was in. (Wink, wink) I ALSO understand you can't please everybody and in this day people feel entitled to thosebin the service industry doing whatever they want, when they want it and how they want it even if it's against all rules, policies, etc, and even if they are foolish and in error. When I read the initial reviews (good & bad) I was a bit anxious, but still made the appointment based on a reference from my church member. Upon arrival, and I was about 4 minutes late b/c I went across the street and was a bit turned around, the young ladies at the front desk were very kind and we hee, hee'd and ha-ha'ed and I was really comfortable and didn't feel as though they didn't want to be of assistance or agitated with me when I told them I'd been lost. I went over to look at frames while waiting and the young man was super nice, very helpful, made great suggestions and answered any questions I had. When I was called back to start my visit the technician was so freaking amazing....i love her! And really tried to remember her name, but I told her I want to see her every time I come there. Dr. V was calm, attentive, listened well, & provided indepth information that revealed her knowledge of her craft. We giggled when she said now listen I love wearing eye shadows too, but you are gonna have to shake your eye shadow brush before you apply your shadow because your eye balls are covered in eye shadow. 😂 She in her sweet tone said it's everywhere!!!! She also answered all my follow up questions and didn't seem rushed to dismiss me. She reminds me of a really sweet young lady who just happens to be a really good optamoligist. I'm so grateful I didn't allow the negative comments to sway me. Even still, I'm certain my pleasant disposition played a part in the good service I received. The overall experience was quick, thorough and if gladly return.
