Dr. Na and his staff treat me and my family like their own family. From my mother, my husband, to all four of my kids, Dr. Na always presents the available options in language we can understand. I particularly appreciate how he always treats my kids like they are people with preferences and agency of their own. Also, the level of customization and patience Dr. Na provides is next level. He always makes time to answer my numerous questions, will swap out old contacts when prescriptions change mid-year, is incredibly flexible, and over the past 15+ years, has become a friend. Plus, the selection of glasses is incredibly high quality and his staff is friendly and kind.

I strongly advise avoiding this optometry office due to their dishonest practices. Despite requesting a contact exam, I was given a glasses exam instead and my insurance was still charged. My insurance only covers one exam per year. I had to pay out of pocket for a second exam (for contacts) at another optometrist just an hour later. This lack of integrity is truly disappointing. Additionally, while speaking with Dr. Anna Luo, we discussed the brand of contacts I would be receiving and she suggested updating my glasses prescription, which was already known to me. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the front desk clerk, she told me I should have specified which exam I wanted, which was not a reasonable response. As a service provider, they should not be dictating which service is performed. In conclusion, I highly recommend seeking out a different optometry service.

My family and I have been coming to Dr. Na for many years. He and his staff are very accommodating and kind. Dr. Na is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He takes time to answer any questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. Any emergencies will be handled promptly. We've had zero negative experiences in all the years we've visited. Highly recommended!
