I am so appreciative of all the help I get from the staff and Dr. Dinh at Optometry 20/20. They take really great care of you. On a whim, I reached out to them about getting screws for my loupes. Lo and behold, the lovely ALEX was able to find replacement screws to connect my light to my loupes in a jiffy. Who would have thought! Thanks girl! All in all, I would recommend this optometry office to anyone. Amazing! 10/10!

Awesome service. The staff was wonderful and they made the process of becoming a new patient very enjoyable. Dr. Dinh was amazing! She made everything very easy to understand. The optician Alex was super friendly and helped me pick out a pretty cool pair of glasses. Overall I give this office a 10 out of 10 :)

They were pretty bad with customers, always in a rush and trying to push things I didn't ask for. Didn't feel like they cared about why I was there. Then, they wanted to charge me more than double for a contact lenses exam. My bad for not checking the cost beforehand, but I've been using VSP insurance for over 5 years, so I know the usual eye exam fee. It seemed like they were just all about rushing me through and making a quick buck. Plus, they made me take off my test lenses when I said no to their crazy expensive contact lenses.
