I was reserved and held judgement because of reviews. I held a little contempt where we first got there. And honestly wasnt impressed with our greeting. However this quickly changed with the professionalism concern and care they offered. They listened intensely went out of their way. Highly recommend. Selection was amazing. People after warming up were amazing. So glad we went there regardless of previuos reviews. Great products. Great selection great knowledgable great staff.

Dr. Muñoz is amazing—he takes the time to answer questions, explains everything clearly, and truly cares about his patients. The entire experience was smooth and comfortable from start to finish. I highly recommend 20/20 vision for your optical needs. Dr. Muñoz took the time to explain everything to me and answered all the questions I had. They have such a great variety of glasses to choose from. I definitely will be returning!

Yamely was very efficient and helpful with explaining everything to me about the exam and making me feel at ease about getting glasses for the first time.

My Drs I work with highly recommend Doctor Munoz. He knew and explained thoroughly he is very caring and passionate it work shows in his work he’s very knowledgeable in his expertise . Claudia she is at the checkout deals with everything she has this most beautiful personality and so professional and knowledgeable as well never had a wonderful experience like I’ve had with her I had an issue with my insurance she was so patient I love how she is with patients and so caring on everything she does .

I went there a few months ago for contacts, the Dr told me my eyes were too dry but still fitted me for some, charged me like over 400 and gave me some bs contacts that didn’t even change my vision, and told me ‘they take a while to adjust’ I went to Stanton optical, they gave me special contacts for my dry eyes, I put them in and my vision was absolutely perfect and my eyes feel great. They will take your money and not even give you what you need. Go elsewhere
