The visit was in person but the doctors talked via a tele-visit setup. The prescription produced was not usable and not in line with the consultation. I will have to schedule an appointment at a different provider. The in person staff and doctors were polite. The equipment was wiped down with a reusable soft cloth and not disinfectant as I have seen at other providers.
