After choosing 20/20 vision of Rochester, I couldn't be happier. I felt welcomed and staff member Michelle offered personable care to help me pick the most flattering glasses. This office has the best customer service I've ever had and I am a senior. You will not be disappointed.

We go to 20/20 exclusively they have a great eye dr, Dr Dolan who is very personable and friendly. As well as the staff are super helpful. If you are looking for designer glasses they have a large selection as well as a selection that’s covered by insurance. Love 20/20 they are fantastic!

20/20 vision is the best. When I want custom frames I got there. The eye exam was fast and fun. Not only did I get a good deal, I got my wife a pair too. The staff were super supportive and accommodative to my needs. Now I can see good when I drive at night!! Thank you 20/20 vision.

Wonderful service. I can’t thank you enough. Now my daughter can see. She loves playing with her dog. And after the accident her eyes were not the same. This was my first time at 20/20 vision. All I can say is Wow. If there is a prototype for what a vision provider should be. 20/20 is it. From the moment you walk in the door to the time you leave. They make you feel like family. Nick and Sandy are top notch at what they do. They explain everything clearly and give you multiple options. So you can select what works best for you. Dr.Dolan was thorough and explained everything so it was easy to understand. This is now my family's goto for all our vision needs.

Dr. Dolan gave a very thorough diabetic eye exam, explaining as he went along. Sandy and Nick were very friendly and knowledgeable. Sandy knew just the right frames for my face. No pressure to purchase anything I didn't need or want. I definitely would recommend 20/20 Vision.

Very good local vision place that's been around forever. They have always treated my family like family with their attention to your needs. Fast, very friendly and affordable and always have the latest styles!. Dr. Dolan was exceptional with my father with Dementia. I'd give 10 stars if possible.

To start with, I find Dr. Dolan to be professional and knowledgeable and I can’t leave out accurate . The staff is friendly and helpful whether it be for contacts or glasses. They do all they can to make your visit a good experience.

I needed contacts and an exam so I gave Dr. Dolan at 20/20 Vision a try. I travelled from the Flint area and I'm so glad I did. Dr. Dolan was very professional and made me feel right at home. As soon as I entered my optician Nick made me feel like family. When the exam concluded he helped me select my new contacts promptly and kindly answered all my questions. I'm confident when I need glasses that he'll get me exactly what I'm looking for and at a great value. David is an amazing resource when it comes to cutting-edge optical technology as well as being hip to the latest frame styles and fashion! All of the staff at 20/20 Vision are friendly, very competent, knowledgeable, and helpful. They have a wonderful selection of frames, and they are always up-to-date on the latest trends. Plus they are well informed on any innovations that would be helpful for adults or children.

Sandy is very intuitive and knew exactly what my style was. She picked out a few frames and they actually made me look significantly better than my cheaper glasses I used to have. I will be back continually in the future. Very happy!

I’ll start by saying that David and Dr. Dolan are fantastic! The eye exam that Dr. Dolan gives is thorough and David is very kind and helpful. David will make sure you get a pair of glasses that you love and he’s very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to any questions you might have. They have a pretty good selection of name-brand eyeglasses and will take most insurance. Definitely check them out!

On numerous occasions the staff has gone above and beyond the expectations of my family! The genuine care they gave my father with advanced Parkinson's Disease was simply amazing! Dr. Dolan is a total professional and a joy to interact with!

Super friendly staff. My wife's glasses were a little thick due to the frame style she picked. The staff helped her pick a different frame and replaced them free of charge. She loves her new set.

I went to 20/20 Vision because I was looking for a Rudy Project authorized dealer. I made an appointment and got a great exam. The ladies were very helpful in getting my sunglasses ordered. They helped me order exactly what I wanted and I even got to try on the sunglasses before purchase once they came in. I will definitely go back to 20/20 Vision for my vision care needs.

The receptionist was very professional and kind. The doctor was also very easy to talk to. The experience was a pleasure. I will definitely keep going there for my eye care needs. :-)

I am going out of town and possibly relocating soon and needed to see an optometrist to get an eye exam and some help with an eye problem. I made an appointment at 20/20 Vision in Rochester. I must start off by saying the optometrist was extremely nice and very professional. I would recommend and go back to see him again anytime. On the other hand the blond woman at the reception desk was extremely rude and a complete and total IGNORAMUS. She asked if I wanted to order contact lenses, I said I would but would have to come back when I had the money. I don't have optical insurance and I just don't have $400 dollars to pay for contact lenses right now. I then asked if I could get my written prescription (in case I ended up moving) I would appreciate having it. She looked at me snickered and laughed. Very unprofessional and tactless. I would have given this place a 5-star rating if it wasn't for this obnoxious rude woman helping at the front desk. She is the reason why I will NEVER go back to 20/20 vision in Rochester again!
