RUN away from this place! I should have read the reviews when I came here about a month and 3 weeks ago. I purchased some Gucci Glasses that were around $550.00, at first the eye Dr. seem pretty nice, but after this experience I had, I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone! The first red flag to me should of been when he literally made me write a 5 star review, that is probably why there are so many 5 star reviews because he literally is standing in front of you after he performs his eye exam. READ the 1 star reviews, they are true and honest reviews! My glasses bended from the ear piece, my previous experience from my last eye Dr. when they would bend, all you had to do was bring them in, especially if they were new, they place it in a heater and bend it back into place. I asked if they could do this. I dropped them off and not even 1 hr passes by I get a call back from the front desk stating, its considered wear and tear and my insurance will not cover it and since I just recently got them the Dr would offer me HALF PRICE of what I paid for my glasses! Are you kidding me?! THIS IS NOT HOW YOU DO BUSINESS with someone that is new and gave you 5 stars! I picked up my glasses and took my business somewhere else and this place fixed it in less than 10 mins and DID NOT CHARGE ME ANYTHING!!!!! They stated usually GUCCI will replace it for free the first time it is broken, the Dr just had to send it to them. I feel this DR was trying to make me pay this $300.00 to pocket this money and act like he repaired it when it could have been repaired for free in the first place. I will be reporting this location to the BBB because this is NOT how you do business with anyone. I have never in my life been to such an unprofessional business and treat people like they mean nothing after they have collected your money and still try to get more out of you. I know the staff working there is not happy either because it was a new front desk lady working there, I am sure his staff is tired of his way of treating people too. GOD DOES NOT LIKE UGLY!

Everybody at the office were so nice! They did a good job with my 4 year old & very helpful from begining to end! Definately will be coming back!

I can tell you for sure that all these 5 stars reviews are 99% fake, he is paying people to give him 5 starr reviews. if you have been to this clinic ,you'd see the highest level of rudeness and aggressiveness. The doctor is like a lion ready to swallow everybody. Just read how aggressive he is responding to bad reviews here🤣🤣🤣🤣 I was here today and the doctor literally threw me out meanwhile I called few minutes earlier and he told me on the phone that I don't need an appointment also checked my insurance info and said yes he works with my insurance . Once I got there, he yelled at me I was so shocked that I smiled and he threw my ID on the table, gave a card asking me to call and schedule an appointment, when I was trying to call he switched the phone off🤣🤣🤣🤣 and the number wasn't going through any longer, after few minutes he sent his receptionist who is actually another victim to come send me away saying that he no longer works with insurance meanwhile I called the insurance and they confirmed that he works with them. This is a comedy place not a clinic I can't stop laughing believe me. I also believe that God just saved me from all the scams going on here. Please stay away all the bad reviews are real but the good ones are fake.
