This is the most unorganized overbooked base medical facility I've ever been to. Family Medicine front desk ladies are usually rude, and there has been several times that I've gone in for an appointment that I have even gotten reminders for and yet they tell me that they don't have my appointment and that I won't be able to see a provider for weeks. Find you, I already waited weeks for this appointment that they supposedly don't have anymore. The medication that I take every day is not allowed to be on auto refill so I have to see a provider in order to get them to refill it and half the time my medicine runs out before I can get more because they're so unorganized I can't actually even get seen. They book 5 to 10 minute appointments for each patient back to back with these providers which in effect allows no room for margin if anyone has a problem. You never get the same doctor because they're constantly being deployed or moved or are just unavailable. This is the worst medical care I've ever gotten. Even the referrals they put in our lazy because they don't do the research needed to make sure that they're correct and so you end up not even being able to use your referral because the place that they give you a referral for can't even do what they gave you a referral for. It's unbelievable.

Knowing the limitations that the military has placed upon them, they do an outstanding job assisting everybody that I have run across. They are truly an underestimated commodity to us. Retirees.

Waited over 30 minutes on the phone to speak to a pharm tech to activate an electronic prescription needed soon. Got to hear a lot of Mozart tho. The tech finally was able to come on and was courteous and helpful. the manning of these pharmaciesseems inadequate, and The AF needs to reassess this. This type of wait is unacceptable- it is 1/2 hour wasted of the rest of my limited days!!. (BTW , I previously tried the QR code to ‘get in line’ a couple of times and it did not go through and caused a real delay.)
