I was incredibly unhappy with my experience here. The lack of information was astonishing. I had a horrible experience with one staff member. They forgot to submit my measurements when ordering the glasses so they don't fit well. They handed me my new glasses with absolutely no additional offer to fit them for me. I had to ask multiple times to get them corrected as they were falling off my face. The staff member was very rude and ignored me when I tried to ask questions and then told me to stop talking so she could answer. I will not go here again. Note, someone else helped my son pick out glasses and he was totally lovely.

A to Z has super friendly staff! The location is easily accessible and I like that it isn't super congested or in a high traffic area. Dr. Kovar was exceptional! I am so glad to have found A to Z for contacts and glasses!

In this place, kindness and competency strive for ascendance, with neither outpacing the other. The reception staff were friendly and capable.
