All staff and electronic correspondence uses preferred name, and the locations are visually warm and inviting inside. Thanks for all you do!

The appointment was quick. Everyone was kind, professional and efficient. The tech was very knowledgeable. I love my new glasses.

If I could give them zero stars for customer service, I would. Trying to get them to change my contact prescription proved to be impossible. They shined me on for weeks. I finally just had to settle for the ones I had before as I was running out. I can’t emphasize enough how frustrating it was to have them continue to promise something that, to this days p, they’ve never delivered.
