I went here for 2 years and the customer service was great. However, upon my most recent visit, there was an additional charge that I needed to pay but they told me I was all set. Nearly a year later, I get a call from a collections company that I had an outstanding charge. Not once did Abrams Eye Center try to contact me or reach out to me in order to pay the bill. Maybe just call? You have all of my information, this is just incompetence.

I would NEVER recommend this place. They have totally screwed up my glasses two completely different times and this second time I requested my money returned and they have refused to give me my money back. This place is a BIG RIP OFF. If you want glasses to see by, don’t come here.
