I purchased one pair of Geek Squad frames/progressive lenses in the color clear. In less than 6 months, one of the handles fell off. I wasn't worried because they came with a warranty. I took them in and was first told it would take 2 or 3 weeks to get my frames because they were not in stock. The second week someone called to inform me that my clear frames were discontinued and I had to pick either black or tortoise. I didn't like either choice but picked tortoise. I'm on week three and I'm still waiting on ONLY a frame. If you are using them for warranty work on your glasses....ask questions. Dont assume youre going to get the same glasses you bought. I didn't ask enough..

I bought 2 pairs of glasses from Accent. The exam was comprehensive and the doctor thorough. The glasses arrived and my occupational glasses were perfect. Unfortunately, my main pair was faulty and I visited again to ensure the fitting wasn’t an issue. Progressives can be tricky and I understand the need to work through the issues. After 2 weeks, headaches, and struggles walking etc., I took the one pair back to get it rechecked. I was then promptly informed my glasses were faulty and needed to be sent back. Why the 3 rating? Because of dissatisfaction with the service and the delay in rectifying the issue. Accent Care could have done a better job following up, escalating the issue with their lab, and especially with the customer service at pick up. There was no apology from the manager or acknowledgment of any sort in person over 2 months after initial visit. Thank you Kayla for being gracious. It is because of you that this is a 3 and not a 1 rating.

Just a great experience all the way round! We came here on two separate occasions. I first brought my 5 year old son, who is usually not the most cooperative at a doctor's office, but the care he received put him at ease. He ended up getting glasses which was not a surprise after a previous screening. They had a good selection of glasses for kids. It was such a great experience I decided to bring my 3 year old daughter and myself. On both occasions, everyone was so wonderful. Vi did such a great job with us all. She was so gentle, patient, knowledgeable and attentive. Dr. Mosbacher was wonderful. My precocious daughter peppered her with a ton of questions and she answered all of them. She prescribed a new brand of contacts for me and they feel great on my eyes. Really great recommendations. I'll be coming back for a pair of glasses for myself. I have finally found a clinic for my whole family. Really terrific experience.
