My daughter and I had appointments today, and I got the time mixed up. We were going to be very late, so I called to see if we needed to reschedule. The reception staff was SO NICE about it and worked HARD to work us in today at as little inconvenience to us as possible, even though it wasn't their fault. Once we got there, everyone treated us like we were the best people in the world--not idiot customers that messed up the time. We got in and out so quickly with only kindness and efficiency.

I was looking for a new vision provider after having a bad experience at my previous provider. I really appreciated Accent on Vision! They were really easy to schedule with and sent me helpful text reminders. I was seen within a minute or two of arriving. All of the staff are very kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Pulis saw me very quickly as well. She explained things very clearly and made time for questions. Staff helped me pick out glasses that I loved! Will definitely be coming back and sharing with others.

I always have a great experience when I go for an appointment. Everyone is always so friendly. This time around, I went in for a follow up on my Lasik procedure. I had been stressed because I wasn't sure if I was having a good outcome and everyone including the doctor made me feel so reassured at Accent on Vision. I just appreciate the care, the attentiveness and the overall energy and service that they provide. Thank you!
