I had the pleasure of meeting Dr.Tran today. He was very polite and personal. Tracy, who got me ready for the doctor, was thorough and friendly. I’m definitely going to see Dr. Tran again next time.

Although it took 20 minutes before my name was called on my initial visit, the office has been very efficient. I do not have to wait long for my name to be called.
Dr. Halepaska was very patient, attentive and compassionate. She actually hears what my concerns are and is very practical. Never feel rushed.
Each time I have had an appointment with her, I leave feeling like my concerns were addressed and I received the best care. Highly recommended.

1. If you don't have insurance, be prepared to pay $100 for each question you might have for the doctor, even if it's related to your condition and that's in addition to the regular exam price. They charged me $320 for a 1 minute follow-up exam + 1 question .
2. Also, the wait time is ridiculous, the tech takes you in immediately, but then 1 hour wait to be seen by the doctor.
3. They don't keep track of records. They did a procedure on my eye a couple of months ago and the tech keeps asking every week if I consider undergoing that same procedure. Doesn't he see that they did it already and it failed?!
