I have decided to change my review! After the time that was spent with me today’ and the care I received due to an eye issue and the way I was treated’ goes to show that they cared and were truly concerned! We actually got to the bottom of the issue and it was resolved! Why four star? There was an issue with eyeglasses when they came in and needed to be sent back! Yes I would go back again!

Waiting time - very long. Don’t know what the point of appointment if you have to wait over an hour to be seen. Was here 1 month ago - prescription not accurate so rescheduled for vision check. The tried to dilate my eyes for pressure check - refused as completely unnecessary to repeat this as normal a month ago. Inconvenient hours - only open 8 am - 4 pm. This along with long wait time you have to take at least 1/2 day off work. Wouldn’t be coming here again. Update: went back to pick up glasses (for 2nd time). Bhumika Pandya checked if these glasses were. Ok. She discussed above review with me and insisted that they never billed for last visit ( this was not made clear to me at the time of the apt and my insurance has not been billed so far). She also insisted eye pressure checked was part of the assessment. Agree that it is part of the annual assessment but it is not medically necessary to repeat if it was done/ normal a month ago. She also said she only works for the company and acuity eyecare might take legal action against me.
