I have taken my daughter here four times now. It is a busy clinic and the staff is really great. Each visit has been consistent: even though they are seeing a lot of patients, they are quite efficient as well as kind and compassionate. Wait times are in line with the wait times for most doctor offices. The exam rooms are clean and tidy and there is ample seating in waiting room, with overflow areas utilized as needed. (Several doctors see patients simultaneously, which accounts for the number of patients being seen here.) In my experience, the front office staff are happy & helpful. Additionally, many speak more than one language. The eye doctors we have seen (3 different doctors for different things) were each professional yet personable: they explained the exam as well as their findings and answered questions. I recommend this clinic without hesitation

All of my eye exams have been great here. The staff in the optical department are very attentive and amazing to work with. I always have issues with glasses fitting my face correctly and both Eileen and Salvador were patient and accommodating with the Oakley frames that were not fitting me correctly. But they both made sure that I was 100% satisfied before leaving with them along with another pair of frames that I purchased there. I can't thank them enough for their professionalism.

Oh, Hey Bih!

DO NOT order anything from this location unless you’re ok with receiving an additional bill out the blue six months later for hundreds of dollars. The local office doesn’t handle billing so they can’t help. The phone number on the bill is to their 3rd party billing company who has an automated phone system and they don’t returns calls. I’ve been waiting two weeks.
