Wish I could give this place zero stars, but it won’t let me. Staff don’t understand you, waiting areas are ALWAYS full (they have two waiting areas). Expect to be here a minimum of an 1 hour OR more. It’s a normal thing around here to wait an insanely amount of time to be seen. Literally as I sit here I can see many people are frustrated and ask how much longer. I thought I was the only one expecting to wait a long time but like I said it’s a daily occurrence. They really need to stop scheduling more people than they can see at a time so you don’t spend half your day waiting to be seen. I highly suggest looking for another place, you are better off somewhere else. Very unprofessional to have people wait hours to be seen! Parking at this location is horrible, such tiny parking lot! The Dr. here doesn’t have personality. He just does his job, and on to the next patient. No sense of care for the patient. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE unless you have all the time in the world or just like to waste time :-)

The staff was nice when I had an eye exam done in November 2022. However my free pair of glasses covered by my insurance still are not ready to be picked up I'm assuming since the office at this place hasn't called me or anything to let me know. That's why I rate 3 stars.

I've been Dr. Cuolatta's patient since late 2016. I would have lost my sight in 1 eye, if it were not for him. He caught the holes before it could cause the retina to detach, and did laser surgery to seal them up. I had more holes develop later as the others healed, and he caught those as well before any further damage occurred. The clinic can get busy, which is beyond the control of the staff and not their fault. I told Dr. Cuolatta that 26 years before my incident, my father had gone through a detached retina and got treated at another medical group in town. I've seen what could happen at a clinic, and never seen anything bad here. This clinic has been good, even during busy times. I've seen it in both a relaxed and full mode. The staff works hard to be professional and courteous even when under pressure. My optometrist referred me to Dr. Cuolatta when his associate saw one of the holes in my retina in 2016.
