Acuity eye group:… If you can get someone to answer the phone (it’s unusual) and leave a message, no one will call back….as a routine… even telling the office staff about such neglect face to face in an appointment, they will acknowledge it is a problem; this has been ongoing for six months, with no improvement. Currently, after three messages in 10 days…I am waiting TO LEARN after 5 weeks when I might pick up my glasses, or when the prescription will be completed. This is the third time since January for filling these glasses for an exam that did not match my correction. And now it is FIVE weeks after being examined and paying for the prescription. I hope you have better luck. This has been my experience.

horrible experience today. was there for my roommates appointment 15 min earlier and nobody was waiting. We waited 45 minutes. Then was seen by a staff member that didn't seem to know what she was doing. She said to my roommate sorry computer is slow but she was just trying to login google and kept putting wrong info in and opening and closing browser. They should not be allowed to touch patients eyes! this office has very old technology and they have a handheld device to measure the pressure and they tell the patient that I'm going to touch your eyeball with this, bad idea. They still do the dilation here. she was not able to measure the pressure and tried many times. my poor roommates eye was scratched and very painful for a few hours. then another staff came in and put more green drops in and she couldn't do it either. So where is the doctor? we came to see the doctor. He kept saying don't touch my eyes and they kept trying. we just walked out. All the bottles on the counter were dirty and disgusting. do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, even Lenscrafters will do a much better job and clean and modern equipment.

Been waiting over 3 weeks for my prescription (which the Dr told me would take a few days to AT MOST a week and a half. No one answers your messages, no one ever answers the phone. They have $85 from me for these contacts and I still don’t have them. Everything others have said about the wait time and receptionist is also true. Its not even that they just overbook. I had the first appointment of the day at 8:00 am. I got there at 7:50. The tech came in with me, dr rolled in at 7:59 receptionist strolls in at 8:13 to check me in then proceeds to do her hair at the desk before checking me in. Didn’t actually get to go back until between 8:20/8:30. At this point I just want to get my Rx from them and go somewhere else.
