It was a busy place but everyone was really nice and professional. Met with Dr. Renner, who was considerate of my concerns/fears of cataract surgery. Will be having the surgery in a couple months. We’ll see how that goes.

my first visit to the La Palma clinic was a great experience. The assistants were friendly and efficient and Dr Renner was very patient, she took time explaining concerns and treatments. She listened and answered ALL of my questions

I’m very grateful for the care I’ve received at Acuity Eye Group. I have a complex and severe eye condition, and Dr. Morgan Renner has taken the time to carefully manage my treatment and advocate on my behalf when it really mattered. Recently, Dr. Renner helped get an important medication approved after an insurance appeal, which made a meaningful difference for me. I truly appreciate that level of care and follow-through. The entire team has also been professional, supportive, and responsive throughout the process. I’m very thankful for their dedication and would highly recommend this practice.

Absolutely wonderful experience. I really appreciated the time that was spent with me, by both the optometrist and ophthalmologist - who both helped me understand my eye condition. The front staff, nurses, and the good people at the eye glass service center were very kind and quite helpful. Glad I have them to look over me - pun intended! Great bunch of people!

Front desk staffs are RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL! She DOES NOT even say “Hi” and has ATTITUDE when I ask about appointment or if she check me in yet.

Personnel were very pleasant and professional specifically Diana. Dr. Renner explained everything in full details - not rushing, took her time to listen and answer few questions. La Palma facility respected patients time that I do not have to sit and wait for a long time for each process. Yes, I waited each time but I did not even have a chance to look at my watch to wonder when they’re going to take me in.
