I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this establishment. I had scheduled an appointment almost a week in advance, and shockingly, less than 24 hours before my appointment, I received a call stating that they couldn't proceed with the appointment because they required a referral from my son's primary doctor. The puzzling part is that this is the same place that saw my son months ago for the exact same issue, and they saw him without needing a primary doctor back then. This inconsistency in their policies is truly frustrating and nonsensical. The staff handling the phone calls seem to be completely unaware of their own procedures. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with a situation where the left hand doesn't seem to know what the right hand is doing. This level of incompetence is unacceptable, and it has left a lasting negative impression on me. I have no intention of returning to this place in the future. The customer service I encountered was nothing short of terrible; it felt like a complete waste of my time. To make matters worse, the person who called me not only questioned my honesty but also displayed a lack of professionalism by failing to engage in a logical conversation. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. I strongly advise against seeking service from this place if you value your time and expect even a basic level of professionalism and consistency. My appointment was with Dr. Jennifer Lee.

Everyone is so friendly here. My Dr understand my illness and I see her once a year for a new glasses. My insurance give $400 for new glasses each year so I need to use it. The glasses center let me pick the frame I want and order. No eye exam and appt needed if I need another new glasses when it break, just walk in and get another one.

We had a scheduled appointment at 10:30am. When we arrived there were 48 people in the waiting room and the outside lobby. I really have to question what kind of quality care you can give a patient when you are running a mill.
