5 Stars for the doctor.
The staff always makes me feel unimportant and a bother. Contemplating if I should go next year. I have been in a customer service role for 35 years. I would hate to make a customer feel like they are unimportant and a bother. Maybe they just have too many customers?

Everytime we go to Advance Eye Care we have a wonderful experience! The staff is very kind and helpful. I never have to wait long which is great with three kids! Doctor Thomas is very patient and I never feel rushed when asking questions. Our whole family is seen by Dr. Thomas and he is great with all ages!

I really enjoyed my experience with Advanced Eye Care. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and helped with, wasn’t even waiting 5 minutes and I was taken to the back. The ladies who took care of me really knew what they were doing and so friendly! Once, I was waiting for the DR not even 5 minutes later and she was in. Really loved her. I really want to thank the staff for being so kind and gentle, had my one year old with me and he was kinda upset but the staff were very patient and understanding. Thank you all! Will definitely be coming back!
