Why I will not go back to Advanced Eyecare Associates this year. 1) They did not state the correct price for my initial visit, by excluding cost of contact lenses. 2) They noticeably overcharged for rigid contact lenses. This makes purchasing an extra pair difficult, unless you manage to not lose your contacts for 2 years. They charge for a full exam, after the initial per year. 3) Twice I had to call the office to see if my contacts arrived and the office manager surprisingly replied, 'We just got them in'. The process of shipping lenses is slow. 4) I appreciate professional services, but here is the main issue. Advanced Eyesore Associates did not provide me with the correct prescription after my visit. I ordered extra contacts, but they didn't fit. My prescription was incorrect. When I asked the office about this, they said my records were not updated. After re-ordering new contacts again, they were still not a correct fit. I am cutting my loses and finding another office.

Amazing service!! We just dropped in with my kiddos glasses that had been stepped on and Bailey fixed them as well as cleaned and tightened the screws on my sunglasses at no charge. We are patients of Dr Kimball and would recommend this business to anyone!

Every should get the Pleasure of working with Annah here at Advanced Eye Care. She is so incredibly patient and understanding when it comes to picking out frames. She gets it!! Seek her out! Oh and DR. Johnson is amazing and personable and funny! Win Win!
