I went there twice with my little sister. The first time the reception lady was super nice. This second time, I will never go back again. This other reception lady was rude and had so much attitude. I’m not sure if it was because we were minorities, but we have never encountered such a rude human being ever prior to this. Not only did her attitude and rudeness made me get up and leave, but the Dr was even late. Why would anyone go to that place? Please, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Somewhere welcoming.

They have a good optometrist for sure, he's good doctor and spends time to answers questions and or concerns.
Sometimes some of the staff aren't as "nice," most likely because of my insurance plan I have now.
It's a good place to get new glasses fast with a good thorough optometrist.

I have been in the market for a new eye doctor for my family. Was recommended by a co worker, but after her recent experience ( who has been a loyal customer for over 10 years with this particular practice) I will be going to a more professionally trained facility that can handle customers service issues when they arise. I just hate to hear about bad customer service and specially when a front desk so called manager and a master degree doctor can’t resolve customer service problems.
