Dr Miller is great and so is his staff. They get you in right on time for your appointment and are always efficient and friendly. We have been going to see him for years. He is very thorough and does a great job explaining what is going on with your eyes and what he is looking for to ensure your eyes are healthy.

The doctors are friendly and patient. I always have a hard getting someone one the phone. They do not answer their phones. I had an issue with an order for glasses. I asked how much the insurance would cover and they went ahead without my consent and ordered the glasses. I just recently requested a copy of my son's prescription, and their email system is down. So, I would have to go in the office to pick it up. I do not live close to this area.

I have been going to Advanced for a while and they typically have good service, however today, not so much. I checked in for my appt today and a lady asked for my name like they normally do and as soon as she saw that I was seeing Dr. Pham, she said, she was running about 20 minutes late, mind you I have waited for the same doctor for 30 minutes 2 visits prior. Anyway, I asked the reception desk why she didn't bother to call me, her response was, "well, I just found" with a huge attitude. I found this disturbing and unprofessional. I am sorry, but I am the client here. If she would have a different approach, I would have gladly waited.
