First time customer (4/18/2023) and I must say it was a great experience. My eye exam was at 9:00AM and I was helped almost immediately. The lady at the desk and the lady who initially helped me were nothing short of fantastic. Dr.Dudovitz performed the exam and was very thorough, kind, and covered all the bases. I will recommend all my friends and family here

Ordered my glasses in April, came back over a month later and I couldn't not see out of them. The manager told me I NEED to take them home longer and let them adjust. I've had glasses since I was 12 it shouldn't take more then a couple days to adjust not 3 weeks. Finally got them to listen to me and took over another month to get. I told them I want my money back and was told I couldn't because it was over 30 days. We'll no duh you've had my glasses this entire time! The manager of this place is rude. No one even offered to help me while picking out my glasses or even adjust them when I picked them up. Would not recommend

I left work early to ensure I would be at my 3:00 appointment on time. After waiting for a half hour while the doctor was chatting with patients about Dr. Fauci and who knows what else, I left. My time is obviously not respected by this office.
