Our experience at Advanced Eyecare was nothing but positive! They were able to see us the same day that we called and the staff was professional and courteous. Dr. Todd immediately solved and treated the problem with Joe’s eye and explained what was going on in an understandable manner. We highly recommend Advanced Eyecare!!

Great place, nice people but make sure you ask questions. Went in for a standard eye check-up and when I was checking out I was hit with a $115 dollar bill (I have excellent eye insurance). Turns out all the fun extras they just automatically put me through with no choice and or warning wasn’t covered by insurance.

Nice office, but patient care and responsibility were LACKING! My new glasses and contacts, despite multiple adjustments, caused focusing issues, and eye fatigue. I experienced a skin reaction (around my eyes) from their contact lenses. I had to visit a different in-network office, Medical Eye Specialist that charged only $39 for a WALK-IN appointment when Advanced Eyecare was closed. However, a month later, I faced the same issues. So I scheduled my third visit with Advanced Eyecare, they lacked my insurance information, causing billing confusion. I gave the staff my insurance info and asked if it is in-network or out of network. I clearly said I’d only see a doctor who accepts my insurance as in-network. The front staff said YES, my insurance is IN-NETWORK. Despite my appointment being scheduled for 1 pm, I wasn't seen by the doctor Kimball until 1:30 pm. (No complaint on wait time) Upon check-out at 1:50 pm, I was informed by the initial staff member that I owed $95. I asked if she could check again as I knew how much I owe in-network out-of-pocket cost. Then she left without finishing my check out. Another staff said I had to pay $128 because the staff who served me was NEW. She continued, saying THEY WERE ALL NEW and they were all learning. She was very reluctant to listen to me and showed an angry face at me. It turned out to be out of network. I was unexpectedly billed $128 due to their new employee inaccurate information. I AM NOT YOUR NEW EMPLOYEE TRAINER! I STILL EXPERIENCING ISSUES with NEW PRESCRIPTION - eye fatigue and focusing difficulties with glasses or contacts. USED UP ALL VISION INSURANCE BENEFITS and left with more problems PLUS $128
