Everyone in this office is helpful, courteous, professional. They took great care to make sure my visit was a good overall experience. Insurance coverage phone calls were made from their office to enable my care to be completely seamless, start to finish. Dr. Redmond is very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to explain any questions that come up. He made sure the right prescription was a good fit for my use, particularly. Best ever. They have a great collection of eye glasses. I am kind of picky person when it comes to glasses and check multiple stores before selecting. I always have found mine in this location. Staff are very friendly, explaining everything in details (insurance coverage, different lenses, frames etc.). Lead time is also very good. I got my prescribed sunglasses and regular glasses in less than a week. Have been their customer for more than three years and will definitely suggest them
