I have been to many of eye doctors , but none that measure up to Advanced Eyecare. Dr. Nelms treats you like a friend , and actually cares about your overall eye health. I also haven’t dealt with any of the office workers who aren’t sweet ,hilarious, and know their stuff. If you need an eye doctor don’t hesitate, just go with Advanced Eyecare and you won’t ever regret it!

I have been a patient of Advance Eyecare before it was Advance Eyecare, over 30 years. During my annual appointments l receive warm greetings by friendly staff and feel confident of the eyecare l receive from Dr. Nelms. More importantly is the care l receive when l have a problem or concern outside my annual. Dr. Nelms and his staff will usually see me the same day even if they have a full schedule. I really appreciate that type of care, concern and service.

I have been coming to Advanced Eyecare Optical of Oconee for years. Each appointment has been smooth and pleasant. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous as well as Dr. Nelms and he’s great at what he does. The office is nice and sanitary which I’m sure everyone can appreciate and you’re in and out of your appointment in record time unlike having to wait half an hour to an hour at other offices. I give this practice five stars because they are all around a pleasant doctors office to be at.
