Gabrielle at the front the desk always greats us so politely, and helps with all our questions. They are so good with the kids and help them have a positive and amazing experience at the eye doctor!

I have been a patient of Dr.Ross for 5 years and counting. I am proud to say that my eye care needs are taken care of by such caring professionals. Every visit I am impressed over and over again at the attentiveness shown by both the staff and the doctors. Scheduling my appointment is always smooth and the front desk staff always do their best to ensure I am seen within a timely manner depending on my specific needs, whether that be for an eye emergency or my routine eye exam. Upon checking in for my appointment, I always feel like a superstar with the attention shown by the technicians that help assist Dr. Ross and Dr. Burbee, they always answer all my questions and never make me feel rushed. My visits with both doctors have always been thorough and detailed, they answer questions before I ask them and explain every step of the process with patience. When it comes to being fit for contacts, I feel that I am always educated on what is best for my eye health and am given the information to make an informed decision on what I am putting in my eyes. The glasses selection is updated and stylish and I always feel well taken care of by the people who help me pick frames. The past couple years I have been assisted by Carla who always gives me the best experience and explains every detail of my insurance and answers all of my questions to help me understand the coverage for my glasses. All in all, 5 stars is not high enough to rate the care provided by Advanced Family Eye Cares doctors and staff. My family and I will happily be lifelong patients and I can’t wait to get my new glasses and pick up my contacts!

After years with another Pediatric eye care, we had to switch because our doctor retired. We went to Advanced Family eye care and I was so pleased with the experience. Shania was such a great tech. I brought kids of all ages, and she was perfect and friendly to all of them, even the curious five-year-old. She was kind and professional, and so was our doctor and everyone else who assisted all six kids with appointments. We got their glasses really quickly, too. I'm really glad we found this place.
