Loved my first visit!! I’ve heard great things and today I got to experience them. Doctor and her staff were excellent. Dr. Took here time with me and answered all my questions. Her staff was patient and thorough. Definitely happy and will continue my eye care here

I went here to get my eyes examined last winter. The doctor was nice and thorough. The office personnel was nice, however, my glasses were made wrong. I had to repeatedly get them changed. The glasses cost hundreds. I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing them. They said they would call me when they came in but they didn't. I waited a month. I also got sunglasses and I needed them to be as dark as they could make them because of sensitivity to sunlight. The first pair was really dark but I lost them when I traveled across the country so I had to get them replaced. I paid more money for the frames and asked that they be just like the first pair. They said they were but they aren't. They are not as dark. I can see my eyes through them when I look in a mirror. Now I'm getting headaches from the light. They said I would get a call in a week, maybe two, when they are ready. Over three weeks later, I called them to see if they were in. I've been dealing with these type of issues for 9 months and I still can't wear my glasses. I will have to travel hours to go back to my previous doctor to get my glasses done correctly and I will have to pay hundreds again.

Dr Rasner is the very best. We love the time that she takes and has a natural talent of putting her patients at ease. I am not a fan of their system that automatically books annual appointments for you. It would be so much better if they instead let you know that you are due for a appointment. Also, we felt uncomfortably pressured to purchase new frames by her staff which upset my daughter. She just wanted to keep her favorite frames that she had and change the lenses so she left feeling terrible about the experience.

I always enjoy my visit to Advanced Family Vision Center because everyone is polite and professional. Monica and Ruth are the ones up front, assisting me before I’m seen and they always have the answers to my concerns. I forget her name, but the lady that helps with the frames is always so nice and she helped me pick out my specs. Dr. Rasner is hilarious. I really do appreciate her and the level of patience she has because visiting an optometrist stresses me out sometimes. Thanks to everyone who has made my experience a good one.

Dr. Rasner is the best. Spends lots of time and is very personable. I have very sensitive eyes and notice tiny changes with my bison and she is so patient with me. She’s also seen my daughter and husband. The staff is very helpful and kind.

I have been coming to advance, family vision Center for years. Not only do they truly treat everyone as family, but they give you the absolute best service and care! This is very important, knowing that your eyesight is such a priority on everything you do every day. Dr. Rasner and her staff take the utmost care of each one of my family members and have always done so. I would definitely recommend to Rasner and her staff to anyone!

Always comprehensive and courteous care. I purchased four (update - 7 pairs) pairs of glasses here and have always received excellent service. It's always a pleasure to do business with a local American company. Update: Fast forward 2 years. Still excellent care, great staff, and very professional. If you have to wait a little while for an appointment, as you do these days, it's worth the wait for the care provided. Don't trust your eyes to cut rate services. I especially appreciate the honest feedback and valuable insight and suggestions. Doc is great with letting you know exactly what's going on and what you need, and the staff is great at making suggestions tailored for me that I might not have considered but end up loving. Awesome customer service. I always feel welcome walking in, and still feel like an American when I walk out. Funny how that's important these days.

I’ve been going here for many many years and I absolutely love them! They’ve been treating my whole family since my son was a little boy and he’s now 33! No wait time and the staff is amazing!!! The doctor is very loving and caring, takes her time with you and her personality is a 10! It’s a very intimate setting and they all always remember who you are every time! Her staff has been with her for a very long time and that says a lot, when you have employees that love who they work for! I highly recommend Advanced Family Vision Center for everyone of all ages!

My family has been going here for 18 years. The staff is professional, polite, and friendly. Dr. Rasner is great, she loves what she does and it shows. She takes the time necessary with every patient- we never feel rushed. We are all very happy with her and so are other people we know that go there.
