The WORST experiences Ever!!! After my Lasik Surgery my cornea wasn't attached that coast me extreme Pain, there is 800 number you need to call if any Complications which I was in Extreme Pain entire Night, 800 number no one answer.called 100 times, no respond. Had to wait till AM and drove to office to get it fix. There was no sorry, nothing. I am surprise she is still in Biz. My EYE Surgery was BOTCHED. Avoid this place

Be aware of her sympathy before the surgery!! Once you’re done with the surgery, your questions will be ignored and she will be treating you as a commodity with zero compassion. I had some complications after the surgery and tried to see her but of course she won’t be available because she gives all of her time to the new patients. I had two visits after the surgery and I was supposed to see her the third time after 6 months but she kept ignoring my texts and would never respond.

From the consultation to the surgery. Everything was clear, smooth, comfortable and extremely caring. I was walked through every part of the operation while keeping me calm and comfortable. The results after were mind blowing. When I got home after the surgery I had to read which bottle eye drop I needed to apply. I was reaching for my glasses to read the fine print when I looked and realized I was able to read the tiny print on the bottle! This has been one of the best thing I've done for myself ever. I never thought I would find myself collecting my reading glasses at work, home and putting them away. Dr. Garrana is amazing!
