They had great service great selection of glasses and the staff were on point they were helpful and friendly and the place had great atmosphere

Came in today to purchase designer sunglasses. Margarita helped me out and she was the best, she helped me pick the shape of sunglasses that fits me the most then she helped me go through price points and pick sunglasses that i don’t just like but that i also fit my price point. I HIGHLY recommend coming here and asking for Margarita

The glasses my son received were not good, they leave a permanent mark on his nose (both sides). The manager was so disrespectful and she didn’t want to do nothing about it. I wouldn’t recommend any one to buy glasses from this place. Now I have to take my son to get new glasses from somewhere else. Terrible experience from them.

I stopped by today to just fill in my prescription and let me say, the customer service and the staff was amazing!! They were so helpful and polite. They helped me pick the right glasses , and the prices were very reasonable and affordable. I will definitely be recommending this store to my friends and family for exams and purchasing glasses.

I was hesitant to visit this place due to some poor reviews, however my experience was nothing but exceptionally good. The workers were very kind on hearing out my concerns and answering every question I had. They carefully helped me choose the glasses and I left very satisfied.

Really bad horrible service. I physically went to the location on Saturday for appointment. The front desk girl Alex gave me appointment today Monday, Feb 26th at 4.30 but told me to go around 5 O’clock. She had me filled up all the papers. Took my license and inshurance. I was waiting till 5.30. The she brought her manager and saying Dr will leave at 5.40 and Dr can’t see me. She said I was late but Alex her employee told he to go at 5 O’clock. Whey did they took all my information and filled up all the paperwork? I think it’s just to bill my Inshurance. Please beware….

Horrible service. My prescription came off in less than a year. She going to tell me cuz I didn’t pick my glasses up on time. My last prescription lasted me 3 years from some place else. Lesson learn. I will never do glasses from these places on Jamaica avenue. That’s my 2nd bad experience from over there.

This place is great, everything was done fast and simple, customer service is great and helped me choose the best glasses for myself, which other places I would take a very long time to find the right ones for me and since the styles update every year I couldn’t just get the same ones I usually get and they helped find the right one in the matter of minutes, Thank you very much

I went to this location because my friend recommended and she was right. Amazing service and very friendly staff . A specially margarita and Elliot. Decent first-time experience here. But the second time around, I was talked down to loudly and rudely by a counterperson. I hadn't had new eyeglasses in over a decade and had no idea they keep your prescription after the order is fulfilled. If this was a professional person, she could have simply said that it was store policy to keep prescriptions for records instead of going the uncivilized route and embarrassing a paying customer who was expressing interest in another order in front of everybody else. You'd have to be clearly stupid to expect that every customer automatically knows all the policies that You deal with on a daily basis. Rude staff who loudly embarrasses a customer in front of the whole store without reason, who needs that.

They have an infinite amount of options for ant designer brand you can think of!! The best customer service, the sales people will take as long as you need for you to land on the perfect pair of sunglasses! Got Dior and Cartier sunglasses amazing customer service!!!
