Expert opticians here and the glasses here are of good quality. I won't go anyplace else for my glasses.
2025 Dr. Christina Miller, exam was good.
2021 Dr. Amina Husain, Lack of patience and poor communication. My experience with Dr. Husain was incredibly frustrating. During the exam, my eyes were overwhelmed by light and drops, making it impossible to see or know which direction I was looking. Instead of providing clear guidance—like using a "clock" analogy—Dr. Husain became irritable and slightly aggressive when I couldn't follow her directions. It is unprofessional to bark orders at a patient who is physically disoriented by the procedure itself. A little empathy and better instruction would have gone a long way. I will never see her again.
2020 Dr. Chu, exam was good.
