I have been going to Affordable Eyewear since it's existence in circa 1986/87 ish. I've never met a more caring and knowledgeable optician than Hobson Cox‼️ Yes, the wait time can be long at times. I credit that to the outstanding service that he affords each and every customer. And yes, he is a talker! When you leave out of the shop, you are more knowledgeable than when you entered. For those complaining about the wait time, I would probably mention that you're short on time.

Very, very rude. Both gentleman have attitude problems. Was informed my glasses were ready by card in the mail. Called to come pick them up and was told they couldn't find them and they'll call me once they are located. That was on a Monday. Never received a call so I called them on Friday and they had been ready since that previous Friday. Awful customer service!!!!
