Dr. Agarwala's practice can be described as a rather dirty and cluttered and disorganized office with no regard to patient's time. Making an eighty plus years old patient (my mother) to wait for two hours or more on several occasions, is simply unacceptable. My observations were: He books a lot more patients than he can handle. Secondly, he spends more time chatting and making small talks with his staff and the patients than attending to them. In terms of his skills, I did not see anything special worth mentioning. He did not take proper notes on the chart, and asked the same questions on subsequent visits, which were answered previously. We walked out of the place after waiting for two hours, last time and won't be going there again.

If there was an option to put 0 stars, I would. My mom had an emergent appointment two weeks ago but the doctor (another doctor other than Dr. Agarwala) had an emergency so they cancelled her appointment and gave her a new one for today. When she gets there 10 minutes early for her 9:00am appointment, she puts her name down on the list. There were 2 people ahead of her. Those two patients go in to be seen. Then they take the patient who came after her so she asks why when her name was ahead of them on the list. They told her they don't go by the list and that she should bring an iPad with her next time to read something while she waits. They then proceed to take the next 5 patients who came after her while my mom continues to wait. It is now 10:35am and she still hasn't been seen for her 9:00am appointment. She left without being seen.

Doctor Atul is not that bad of a doctor but the wait sucks. This happenes every time you can’t get appointments with him unless it is 3 months out and when you come in early for your appointment you still end up waiting almost an hour in the waiting room only to be called in out into a room and have to wait another hour there. I don’t get what takes them so long it’s not like they are understaffed and it’s not like I went in on a busy day either. Honestly if I could zero stars I would
