Do not expect customer service with the person that is checking you in!! I try to get the first appointment because I need to go to work after. So I’m sitting in the room for 15 minutes and I go back to Cam and ask her to check on the holdup. She starts arguing that people that make an appointment has the understanding that they will have to wait. This goes back and forth for 5 minutes and I’m wondering did customer service just die? They should not have such a combative person at the front desk. Now I’ve been sitting here for 35 minutes. I was the 3rd person of the day!!! After today, lost my business, too bad really liked the doctors and the assistants, especially Carolina!!

Went to see Dr. Bui needing cataract surgery. Opted for the multi vision lens to see distance, mid range, and close up without needing any glasses. Excellent doctor and results. Vision is fantastic!!

Dr. Bui is awesome. For my cataract surgery he explained the procedure and provided lots of information about the lenses and his recommendations. Staff at Oakland eye & laser center also kind and supportive. I have no negative comments but would make 1 recommendation. Update the paperwork and documentation packet you send out. No info on prices (out of pocket costs for seniors) and no opportunity to select one’s own preferred pharmacy for drops. The surgery was not bad at all although due to a negative experience in 2020 I’m just not a fan of going under the knife, for any reason. I can see! Now what to do with unused contact lenses & glasses!
