I have been coming to Albany Eye Associates for 30 years and have seen a progressive improvement in efficiency, staff friendliness and professionalism and overall patient experience. The front desk staff is welcoming, warm and SO patient. The back-end staff introduces themselves, explains each exam/procedure and informs and educates. I am also keenly aware that they all the staff I've observed adhere to infection control standards (clean hands, clean equipment) 100% of the time. Pretty impressive. From start to finish, staff was courteous and helpful to me and made sure every question I had was answered satisfactorily.
