I had my eye exam with Dr. Andrea Kassoff and could not be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, staff was courteous and helpful to me and made sure every question I had was answered satisfactorily. Dr. Andrea was thorough and addressed all my concerns, I was greeted with a smiling face and left with one on my face as well. Very professional and excellent service!

Incredible experience. You will absolutely be in the best hands possible. Efficiency is the key. The entire group runs like a well oiled clock. We commute from Bennington VT. Kind, caring, respectful and see you as an important individual with needs. This is just an amazing and unique medical practice.

I have been coming to Albany Eye Associates for 30 years and have seen a progressive improvement in efficiency, staff friendliness and professionalism and overall patient experience. The front desk staff is welcoming, warm and SO patient. The back-end staff introduces themselves, explains each exam/procedure and informs and educates. I am also keenly aware that they all the staff I've observed adhere to infection control standards (clean hands, clean equipment) 100% of the time. Pretty impressive.
