The clinic is very run-down, dusty, and has no nice frames. They're expensive and ugly, and the equipment I used for my eye exam was old. The optometrist didn't let me speak and rushed through the exam; I didn't even ask for it. It was unprofessional.

I will explain why 1 star.
1. I paid for scratch proof on my glasses and they were scratched and didn’t honor the warranty.
2. I went back to tell them about my glasses and wanted to charge me Half for new glasses knowing that I had paid extra money for scratch proof lenses.
3. I also to him that I need my glasses for work and wanted me to leave them, which is not possible especially if I need them for work.
Now, hopefully he can give better warranty on lenses as well as frames
