Second time visiting for an appointment and it was a bad experience since I walked into the door of the building. I received terrible service. I will not be returning.

Be careful with the optometrist, I went there two times and the first time it was fine but the second time was just unprofessional. I remember going around 1 or 2 years after my first appointment. The second time I saw him he was taking twice the amount of time to examine my eyes and asking very personal questions. also he called me when I was at work after the optometry work hours with his personal phone including texting!!!! I ended up blocking him and I'm never going again!!!!!

Dr. Arredondo is a fine eyes Dr. Who thy to acomodate all his patients. I have been going to his office for a long time with or without appointment.

The old lady revealing her whole chest had the lousiest service and bad attitude. I just walked out and never coming back!

DON'T COME HERE! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! Almost a year and I never got a replacement nor refund for something I didn't even want. All I wanted was a second pair of glasses with the same prescription (since it was perfect to me!) and instead I was given a stronger prescription. Those glasses are useless to me.

Terrible Cuatomer service from the moment you enter. Front desk doesn't even greet you. Second time I went back to this Dr. don't even know why. He checked my kids and is not even friendly they were nervous and doesn't even try to interact or calm them down. He opened their eyes really hard and put the drops. I think he only worries about $$$. People just because you have medical doesn't mean you have to settle for a place like this. He doesn't even carry a variety of glasses for kids, he said just grab the ones you want with out even checking if those are appropriate for my son. Really isn't he suppose to check make sure the size is good. Well I will never go back or recommend this place, I have found another great dr that takes Medical and has cute glasses for my son to pick and cares. Hopes this helps...

Dec7: I have been going there for a while, nice girls. Great Doctor! Fast service! They take walk ins 👌🏻 I have been her 3 times all have been great experiences. I am out in less than the hour. I am waiting for my two new pair of glasses. Hopefully will receive one pair this week. I always recommend people here. Dec:15 UPDATED I received my glasses and they are honestly incredibly cute more than what I expected😊 (One of the office girls helped my find them online) Thanks Dr. Alejandro 🙏🏻

Great Eye Doctor , I recommend!

Assistants were incredibly unhelpful. They did not inform me of various things that resulted in my lens fitting unevenly into my frames and did not even fit me to my glasses, resulting in poorly fitted glasses

Will not be coming back. Came in referred by my old optometrist after having retired. My daughter and I both had appointments the same day, 1:45 pm and 2:00 pm. Despite arriving at 1:40 pm it still took about 35-40 minutes to be seen. EVERYONE - front desk ladies, Dr. Arredondo - was preoccupied trying to figure out how to send check up text reminders to patients. Once we were actually seen and got our totals, we were a little surprised since we had never paid that much for glasses before. Regardless, we were already there so we did go ahead and purchase. When my glasses were ready, I got 3 different text messages reminding me to pick up. Once I did, they initially told me they didn't have a file with anyone by my name. Then they said they found the file but that my glasses were not ready. I showed them the texts I had received, along with my invoice, and they looked again. They found the glasses and proceeded to tell me I owed more than what the invoice noted. Something about "whoever did your invoice forgot to charge you some things". Very ridiculous and incredibly unprofessional/unorganized. All the front desk ladies seemed to group against me about the price difference as well. When they asked if I wanted to speak to the doctor, I didn't get the chance to respond before him saying "I'm busy" in a rude tone.

My go to eye doctor!! I have came since i was in the third grade! I am now an adult and i still continue to make appointments here! I have recommended this eye doctor to my fiancé as well, and if my daughter needs glasses someday too I will definitely want to bring her here! My siblings come here too! Amazing! HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO HIS LOCATIONS!
