Not very honest in doing business I won’t coming here again anymore

I accidentally stepped on my glasses (which I got elsewhere) and the titanium frame bended...so I just walked in to see if they could fix it. Anita helped me restore it! Amazing! Would definitely come again if I need a new pair of glasses!

Broke my glasses last night and came in, they were so friendly and hospitable and attentive, they even made sure the frame fit me better than my last frame. They had it done fast and the prescription felt and looked the same. They were fast and I felt like I had great treatment and a great experience. I don't think you'll find a better optometrist office than this place. 5/5, I WILL be back

I went in for a contact lens fitting on only my left eye, because I had cataract surgery on my right eye, so it doesn't need correction. The optometrist rushed through the exam. He gave me 2 trial contacts, one with and one without astigmatism correction. The prescription he came up with was a 1.25 diopters lower than the eyeglass prescription I got at KP. Contact lens prescriptions are weaker than eye glass prescriptions, but this was, in my mind too big a discrepancy. I thought it was strange that they wanted me to try them out at home, rather than in the office. I asked to try one in the office, and they obliged me. They didn't even give me a case for the lenses. It was quite bright outside, and the prescription appeared to be slightly weak, but tolerable. I noticed the weak prescription a lot more when it got darker in the evening. The next day I tried the astigmatism correction lens, and found it to be blurrier than the other one, and it felt scratchy in my eye. I was dismayed to find out that the prescriptions on the 2 trial lenses were DIFFERENT both in base curve and diopter! The regular lens was -4.75, BC 8.8, and the astigmatism lens -4.50 BC 8.6!!! That explains why the astigmatism lens was blurrier, it was more underpowered then the other, and also why it felt scratchy. I've worn contacts in the past, and they all were BC 8.8, so that was just a lucky guess on his part. Furthermore, the astigmatism lens was EXPIRED by over 7mo! Thankfully, I only need the lenses for a couple of weeks, so I'm not going to bother to go back and complain. Utter and willful neglect and incompetence! Avoid this place!

I was very happy with the results. I'm glad I found them. I when to a couple diferent places and nobody could make the proper lens I needed. They took the time to explain and make sure what I was looking for it was going to fit my needs and they did. Give them a try!

My daughter first time fitting contact lenses, it’s not easy for a kid to wear it, they are super nice and patient to teach her , took 2 hours to practice wearing the lenses.
