Be careful they won’t tell you that your insurance is out of network until after the appointment…long wait

Nooo, very, very bad doctor. My mom never looked with the glasses. Bad service. I took my mom to him and she never looked with her glasses, nor did he want to do another exam. He was very rude. I paid a lot of money for glasses and they were useless for older people. Horrible. We're not going back. There were only three of us.

I had a great experience at Aliante Vision inside Costco on Decatur (215). Making an appointment was extremely easy — I called and got a next-day appointment, plus a text reminder before my visit. The location is very convenient with plenty of parking, and the office is right on the right-hand side as soon as you enter Costco. The pricing was excellent. My contact exam was only $134, and they even gave me paperwork for insurance reimbursement, which was a nice bonus. The doctor was outstanding — professional, approachable, and very thorough. He welcomed questions and explained everything clearly. The office uses modern, high-tech equipment, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Even with an appointment, I was in and out in under an hour. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for an easy, affordable, and high-quality eye exam. I only had 30 frames to choose from and my glasses fit a 7 year-old child. They also didn't prescribe my lenses correctly. My left eye is worse than my right and they got the same prescription.

This place is fantastic. They use very hi-tech equipment and have done better on my vision then my Optometrist has done after a diabetic review. Highly recommend. As for other coments giving them one star please disregard. They are rating the Optic department of COSTCO. The Optometrist and the sales center for glasses are two different businesses. Those reviews should be removed

I had a great experience with Medical Assistant today and Dr. Anhton Q. Le is excellent during my eye exam. Chris Ann Optometry during glasses selection area asking me if I need help. The staff provided excellent. Chris Ann service and took the time to carefully check my glasses orders and answer my questions. They were very helpful and patient in assisting me with choosing the right glasses. I truly appreciate their professionalism, kindness, and the time they took to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my purchase.
